These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website beanspark.life and related services operated by BeanSpark Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202447291N). By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About BeanSpark

BeanSpark Pte. Ltd. operates a specialty coffee court at 11 Purvis Street, #02-02, Singapore 188590. The website provides information about our menu, location, company, and enquiry channels. Purchase of food and beverages occurs at the physical court unless otherwise agreed in writing for catering or retail contracts. "Bean" refers to coffee beans. "Spark" refers to the bright lift of a well-made cup and a lively café court — not fireworks, not spark plugs, not cannabis, and not life coaching. The beanspark.life domain is branding only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; transmit malware or spam through forms; scrape or automate access in a manner that burdens our infrastructure; misrepresent your identity when submitting enquiries; reproduce site content for commercial republication without permission; or violate applicable laws of Singapore or your jurisdiction. We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Website content

Menu items, prices, origins, and availability shown on the website are indicative. The handwritten spark board at the court is authoritative for daily offerings and pricing. Opening hours may change on public holidays or for private events; check our visit page or telephone the court for same-day confirmation. Photographs depict real products and spaces but presentation may vary slightly. We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free at every moment.

4. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a contact form does not guarantee a reservation, catering order, or partnership agreement until confirmed in writing by BeanSpark staff. We reserve the right to decline requests that exceed capacity, conflict with licensing conditions, or fall outside our service scope. Cancellation policies for paid events or catering will be communicated at booking confirmation. Deposits, where required, are non-refundable within the notice period stated on your invoice.

5. Caffeine, allergens and health

Coffee and tea contain caffeine; effects vary by person. We do not make medical, detox, weight-loss, or guaranteed energy claims. Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy — cross-contact is possible. Guests with severe allergies must inform staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation in a shared café environment. Taste notes on the spark board reflect honest bar readings and may shift with weather and roast date.

6. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, design, logos, and photography — is owned by or licensed to BeanSpark Pte. Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal use. Any other reproduction requires prior written consent.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Links do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeanSpark disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, BeanSpark Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the website. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website shall not exceed SGD fifty (50). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Court conduct

When visiting our coffee court, you agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. We may refuse service or ask you to leave if conduct threatens safety, disrupts operations, or violates Singapore law. Personal belongings remain your responsibility except where negligence on our part is established.

11. Retail and wholesale

Whole-bean sales and wholesale arrangements are subject to separate written terms provided at order confirmation, including delivery windows, payment terms, and return policies for defective goods. Website descriptions of retail offerings are invitations to treat, not binding offers, until confirmed by BeanSpark staff.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility failures, pandemic restrictions, supply chain disruption, or government orders. Where events affect booked functions, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or refund deposits as appropriate.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA. By submitting forms, you confirm the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to submit it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. We may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or security.

15. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under Singapore law, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving the parties' intent.

17. Entire agreement — website

These Terms, together with our privacy policy and cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BeanSpark regarding use of beanspark.life. In-store purchases and catering contracts may be subject to additional written terms provided at confirmation.

18. Assignment

BeanSpark may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honour these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

19. Waiver

Failure by BeanSpark to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Waivers must be in writing signed by an authorised representative of BeanSpark Pte. Ltd.

20. Catering and events — additional terms

Catering orders and private events are confirmed only when BeanSpark sends written acceptance specifying date, menu, guest count, price, and any deposit. Deposits are applied to the final invoice unless cancellation falls within the non-refundable window stated on your confirmation. BeanSpark may substitute coffee lots of comparable quality if a specified origin is unavailable due to supply disruption — we will notify you before service where practicable.

Off-site catering requires safe access for delivery staff, a designated setup area, and timely payment as invoiced. BeanSpark is not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, lift failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

21. Retail and wholesale

Whole-bean retail sales at the court are subject to availability and displayed pricing. Defective retail bags may be exchanged within seven days of purchase with receipt and unopened packaging unless the defect is apparent on opening. Wholesale arrangements require separate written agreement covering volume, delivery schedule, payment terms, and return policy for damaged goods in transit.

22. User-generated content

If you submit photographs, reviews, or testimonials to BeanSpark with permission for us to republish, you grant BeanSpark a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content on our website and social channels for hospitality promotion. You represent that you own or control the content and that publication does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove user content at our discretion.

23. Prohibited commercial use

You may not use beanspark.life content, photographs, or branding to imply endorsement of unrelated products or services. Scraping menu prices for competitive databases, reselling our coffee under false origin claims, or using our name in domain squatting or phishing schemes is prohibited and may result in legal action.

24. Electronic communications

By submitting our contact form or emailing us, you consent to receive electronic responses related to your enquiry. We do not require electronic consent for in-store purchases. Marketing email requires separate opt-in where applicable.

25. Survival

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity (if added in future), governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination of your access to the website.

26. Language

These Terms are written in English (Singapore). If translated versions are provided for convenience, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
