Six offerings on the spark rail
Real café items at our Purvis Street specialty coffeehouse — not software licences, not online courses. Prices indicative. Caffeine and allergen info on request.

How to read the chalk menu
Prices on this page are indicative — the handwritten board at the court is authoritative for daily offerings. Milk alternatives carry a small surcharge when noted on chalk. Takeaway cups are compostable; dine-in ceramic is our default when seats allow. If you are unsure whether a lot suits milk, ask at the bar — we would rather recommend black filter than serve a flat white that hides the origin.
Peak hours run weekday 08:00–10:00 and Saturday brunch. During those windows, batch filter is fastest; V60 waits are quoted honestly at order. Pastry sells through by mid-afternoon on busy days — arrive earlier if you want the seasonal tart. Allergen tags sit beside each plate; speak to the host before ordering if you need detail on nuts, gluten, dairy, or soy.
Ordering notes for first visits
Start with the spark-of-the-day if you want one recommendation without reading the full board. Espresso classics suit guests who want milk texture done properly; filter suits guests who have eight minutes and prefer clarity. Iced orders use the same lots as hot service — no separate "iced blend" hiding lower-grade beans. Decaf is available when a bag is open; ask rather than assuming.
Retail bags mirror bar lots whenever inventory allows. Roast dates are written on shelf tags beside the door. We grind on request if you plan to brew within forty-eight hours; otherwise take whole bean and grind at home for fresher cups. Spark language on our menu means today's headline coffee — not fireworks, not wellness branding, just the cup we are proudest of this morning on Purvis Street.
